If your family will be moving out of the Harmony Elementary boundaries this summer or your student will be attending a different school in the fall, please take a moment to complete this survey.
If you have a current 5th-grade student who will not be attending Pacific Middle School or Shahala Middle School next year, please also complete the form so we can update our records.
We also ask that all district materials and any checked-out library books be returned before the end of the school year.
